Meet Jess,

Hey I’m Jess Catras, sales systems strategist, and subconscious solutions specialist.  

I help feminine coaches build 6 figure systems and structures that practically scale themselves while creating long term SUSTAINABLE sales.

For over 15 years I have served in various capacities of health and human services-8 of them as an RN. 

I embarked on the solopreneur journey back in 2019 and became fascinated with healing in the realm of human potential, which led me to hiring Jenna Brown as my first coach and mentor! Through applying her teachings, I learned to construct my own reality, and have been free of the shackles of corporate health care for over a year now. 

Fast Forward almost 3 years later I’ve transitioned from student to teacher, to now business partner and  co-leader of CEO structure + psyche. Talk about TRANSFORMATION! 

I’m a proud single mama, and homeschooler to a sweet and sassy almost teenager. We’re home bodies by nature ( he’s a projector and I have a 2 line in HD) If we’re not chilling at home, we’re probably at hockey or basketball practice. 

If there’s anything I learned from my nursing career, it’s that the Western Medicine business model is broken in so many ways. Yet, I see the coaching industry is re-creating this exact structure. This is what motivated Jenna and I to join forces and bring you the ENTIRE package!
