And after coaching hundreds of entrepreneurs, I realized something. None of those were actually the work. They were expressions of something much deeper.

I've watched strategy fail because the nervous system wasn't ready. I've watched women double their revenue after changing nothing externally except the size of the container they were operating from. I've watched businesses expand only after the woman leading them expanded first.

This framework is the culmination of everything I've learned over the past decade. This isn't another course — it's the framework that has quietly shaped every transformation I've ever facilitated.
