My idea of success is having the most key player team members, keeping my overhead light AF in my business + being able to communicate with team through a text or loom video rather than a huge long ass meeting 2x a week.
Success is me being held by my business- not me holding MORE.
Success is me donating thousands of dollars a year to charities and individuals I want to support.
