I know what it feels like to come from the world of religion, through a giant ass ego death, and into the world of waking up to who I really am. This is why I am thoroughly convinced (because I have seen it in me, and literally every one of my clients) that you are much more afraid of unleashing your power, than you are of failing at this thing called life.

Why? Because of your family. Because of your friends. Because of where you came from. Because of who people think you to be in their minds. Because of your partner perhaps, or if you are like me, because of your children and you are so damn afraid that you may screw them up with any wrong turn.

I am a healer, an intuitive guide, coach, and activator. I love to use tools in my sacred medicine such as hypnotherapy, somatic healing, human design, and energy work. In our time together I will use all of these, as I am a weaver of all the beautiful tools that have now become a part of who I am.

Too loud, too sexual, too inappropriate, too much energy, too many dreams. Just too damn much. I wanted to suppress all of this energy, because I believed that if people saw all of it… all of me… then they would for sure reject me. I put up walls… and lived in an energy of harshness…Looking back, I can now see that a lot of my actions were subconsciously trying to push people away, I was living in a cycle of self-sabotage. I hoped that people would stay at arms’ length, so that they couldn’t get close enough to hurt me. I had tons of friends, but pretty much always felt lonely.

Then I began to TRULY heal. I began to believe that I deserve this beautiful life, in all of it’s bigness. Big dreams. Deep relationships. Fulfilling work. I came to the freeing belief that I’m not too much at all. ALL of my extraness is a gift… I just hadn’t known for most of my life how to harness and direct all of this intense energy. I’ve connected to the Divine on a deeper level than ever before, and now abundant life flows from me and is manifested as I walk it. I see my energy as a needed gift in this world. A safe space for other humans to be who they truly are without fear. A comforting place to land for those seeking healing. I’m not too much. I’m exactly who I was created to be… And so are you. I’m pumped to help you harness your unique energy in a way that draws abundance into every single facet of your life. See you soon love!

We will be covering six subconscious wounds that are deeply, at this moment affecting the way that you are showing up in your own life.

Think of it this way. Your conscious brain (the part of your brain that you are aware of) is only responsible for about 5% of your day. Your subconscious brain is responsible for 95%+ of your day.. And you got it… it's totally below your level of awareness. This means that you are literally not aware of the behaviors, the emotions, the cycles that are controlling most of your day. YIKES.

So when you are feeling… I JUST WANT TO BE FREE. I WANT TO BE WILD. I WANT TO EXPRESS MYSELF.

Those are conscious thoughts.

But subconsciously, your brain won't allow you to do that.

Because of these wounds.

And fun fact, your subconscious is FULLY, yes, fully formed by the age of EIGHT. YES EIGHT.

So as I always say (Jenna) we are all little kids with grown up skin on.

-Feminine & Masculine Wounds: Learning your yin and yang energies, the feminine and masculine. Releasing imprints of trauma that cause your masculine shields to “protect” your feminine heart, and how to live in harmony and balance between these energies within you

-Somatic Healing: As we expand and grow, we must create space in our cellular body to integrate (somatically) what we are experiencing. This allows our contractions (or integration) periods of life to feel less intense and allows us to move in ease with real life tools that support our integration and growth

-Womb Imprints: All of our life’s imprints came from the womb. The story of your birth, your first sexual experience, the first time you birthed something or someone into the world, all are imprinting the way you move your energy as creator in this world

-Sacred sexuality and sensuality: Leaning into the energy of self pleasure, creating a life of your dreams through your desires and sensuality unlocking realms you have always secretly known existed, but may have never engaged in
