Leadership: Why It's Lost Resonance + Questions of Integrity

What does it mean for us to be in integrity and where are we out of it? I go into really hard questions that I’ve been asking myself about my own leadership, the shifting of my business, and what I've seen mirrored in my clients.

What was once resonant is no longer, and I can’t fucking play the game anymore. I noticed that the more I healed my nervous system, the less I wanted to be on social media. So I ask, Why do we feel like social media is the only option? It may be appealing to your ego, but what does your heart say? What feels integrious to you? I invite you to have this conversation with yourself.
