By purchasing, booking, participating in, or accessing any services, programs, sessions, digital products, memberships, masterminds, retreats, courses, events, or content provided by Healing with Jenna Brown (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client,” “Participant,” or “you”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope of Services
Jenna Brown and Company provides coaching, mentorship, consulting, educational content, energetic/intuitive guidance, group experiences, digital resources, and related services intended for personal growth, business support, self-development, and educational purposes only.
Services may include:
Private sessions
Group coaching
Memberships
Retreats
Challenges
Digital offers
Courses
Live trainings
Voice/message support
Community access
Intuitive or energetic guidance

2. No Guarantees
Client understands that results are not guaranteed.
Individual outcomes vary based on many factors including participation, implementation, mindset, timing, personal responsibility, business decisions, and external circumstances.
Jenna Brown and Company make no guarantees regarding:
financial results
business growth
income
audience growth
relationships
emotional outcomes
energetic outcomes
personal transformation
Any examples, testimonials, case studies, or client wins shared are illustrative only and do not guarantee similar results.

3. Personal Responsibility
Client acknowledges they are fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, wellbeing, and results.
Client understands all services are intended to support personal growth and are not a substitute for:
medical advice
mental health treatment
therapy
legal advice
financial advice
psychiatric care
If needed, Client agrees to seek appropriate licensed professional support.

4. Intuitive & Energetic Work Disclaimer
Certain services may include intuitive guidance, energetic support, spiritual discussion, astrology, embodiment practices, subconscious work, or similar modalities.
These services are provided for personal insight, reflection, and educational purposes only.
Client understands all intuitive guidance is subjective and should not replace professional medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice.

5. Payments & Payment Plans
By purchasing a payment plan, Client agrees to complete all scheduled payments in full.
Failure to complete payments does not release Client from their financial commitment.
If a payment becomes overdue:
access to services, programs, calls, communities, or materials may be paused or revoked
late fees may apply where permitted
alternative payment arrangements may be offered at Company discretion
Company reserves the right to send payment reminders and pursue collection of unpaid balances if necessary.

6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of coaching, mentorship, digital products, energetic work, and immediate access to intellectual property, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
No refunds will be issued for:
completed sessions
partially used programs
missed calls
payment plans
digital products
community memberships
retreats or live events
failure to participate
dissatisfaction based on unmet expectations

7. Chargebacks
Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Company to attempt resolution in good faith.
Initiating a chargeback after receiving access to services, programs, digital products, calls, recordings, or materials may be considered a breach of these Terms.
Company reserves the right to provide documentation of participation, communications, signed agreements, attendance, payment plans, and delivered services in response to disputes or chargebacks.

8. Confidentiality
Company respects Client privacy and requests the same in return.
Client agrees not to share:
private client information
screenshots from private containers
confidential materials
session recordings
proprietary frameworks
community discussions
internal business information
without written permission.

9. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, trainings, processes, frameworks, recordings, graphics, worksheets, documents, messaging, branding, and intellectual property remain the property of Jenna Brown and Company.
Client may not reproduce, distribute, copy, teach, sell, share, or repurpose materials without written permission.

10. Community Conduct
Client agrees to engage respectfully within all programs, communities, calls, retreats, and spaces.
Harassment, abusive behavior, manipulation, threats, discrimination, or repeated disruption may result in removal from services without refund.

11. Non-Disparagement
Both parties agree to address concerns privately and professionally whenever possible.
Client agrees not to knowingly make false, misleading, malicious, or defamatory statements regarding Jenna Brown, Company, team members, clients, services, or brand publicly or privately in a manner intended to damage reputation or business operations.
Nothing in this agreement limits lawful communication, honest reviews made in good faith, or legally protected rights.

12. Right to Refuse or Remove Access
Company reserves the right to deny, revoke, or terminate participation in any service, container, or program at any time if deemed necessary for:
safety
energetic integrity
business protection
nonpayment
misconduct
breach of agreement

13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jenna Brown and Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, emotional, financial, or business damages arising from participation in services or use of materials.
Client participates voluntarily and accepts full responsibility for their choices and outcomes.

14. Governing Laws
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona

15. Agreement
By purchasing, booking, accessing, or participating in any services, Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
