Hi, welcome back to the Jenna Brown Show. Hi friends. So happy that you're here. I've been loving hearing your thoughts about the last episode, and I just have so many things to share. One, I'm sharing this in May, which is my favorite month. Love the whole. Yeah. I always joke that it's my month because it's my birthday month.
And I just love to do like fun things, fun giveaways, fun things during the month of May. And it felt like I wanted to just jump into this month with a fun podcast episode of some questions that I want to answer that I've been asked around motherhood, career, life, and just do some riffs, because honestly, that is my magic is when people ask me a question and just whatever comes outta my map and the channel is always wild to me.
So let's get started. Okay. Question number one, what made this last month, April, the [00:02:00] biggest month of my career, and what do I actually think created it beneath the strategy? I feel like I could do 420 episodes on all of the shifts that I've made to lead to the biggest month of my career ever. I believe this will be a hundred K cash month.
I'm recording this like two days before the end of the month. It's already a cash month. Like, what am I even saying? I don't know what it is. Sales. It's way more than that. Sales wise. I had a 40 k cash day, a 99 K sales day, like 24 hours. And when I'm like looking at the month, it's just so wild because when I look back at the beginning of the month.
the first 11 days I just had recurring payments. Nothing crazy was happening, but I just knew like I knew and I knew and I knew, and I told all of my mentors. I told my team, I told my husband, I was like, I just know this is gonna be a hundred K cash month. Like not sales month. I've [00:03:00] had those before, but a hundred K cash.
But I could not see like how that was possible. I just knew it because I felt it in the energy and the momentum. So when I think back to like what actually created it, I think a couple of things. I really feel like I have broken up with this, like need for everything to feel sustainable, predictable, repeatable, and I've created a lot more space in my reality for surprise and what I would call the compound effect.
I have literally built that into my business, like for years. But I feel like I have mastered this over the last at least two months, which is what I'm teaching inside of the tipping point. But when I do everything that I do, I see people as multidimensional beings when I'm coaching you. I operate my business as a multidimensional field, not just as like some machine that I'm running, but I operate in the 3D, five D, and 70. And [00:04:00] this is a way longer conversation than just for this podcast, but you may have heard me talk about this before, and I have like broken this down to the point where all of my content operates in the 3D, five D seven DI layer my content and then it creates this compound effect.
As I started doing that at the beginning of this last month in April, I was going viral. I went viral like five times in one week. One time it was like I went viral on like the total wrong side of the internet and everyone was hating me. And then one time I went viral on the total right side of the internet and everyone was loving me.
But regardless, I was like, whoa, I've never gone this viral before. This is so interesting. So I knew there was tons of energy happening there. Also in my everyday life, it just was like. The way that I was shifting gears every two and a half seconds was actually crazy. I can do a whole entire podcast on this, but like the amount of things that I experienced in April, I could have just easily jumped off of that giant momentum wave I was in.
But I just kept feeding into it. Like I knew [00:05:00] that it was gonna spit out something freaking amazing. And then when the wave came, I didn't jump off the wave like most people do because it's so Disorienting and so much energy and there's just so many the sensations and so much shit that comes up.
It's just absolutely wild. And I stayed on the wave and as I kept like circulating the wave of momentum, then that is what created this month. And there was no like need attached to it. I didn't have this energy of I need this to happen. It just kind of was inevitable. I literally felt like. I just know this is happening.
I can just tell. It's like the data that the field was giving me was like fucking buckle up. But the wildest part too is like the money was the last part. All of the chaos and crazy and like huge momentum that all happened before the money dropped in. So I just wanna say that. Number two, what beliefs about money success or receiving had to die for this month to happen?
Oh my God, that's a really good question. I wanna say not [00:06:00] die, but evolve. One of the things that I've talked about in nauseam on my podcast and everywhere is like the code of monthly recurring revenue, the code of monthly recurring revenue got me to. 50 and 60 K cash months for sure. And that was like when I stopped obsessing over the month number, like the cash month number and was like, what if I just prioritize getting this bottom line up?
So that would be your monthly recurring revenue in your business. What if I prioritize that, getting that up, and I got that up to like 35 KA month. This is like last year or the beginning of the year last year. And that equaled 50 and 60 K cash months when I was like selling on top of that. So that was a code that got me there.
But I had to really evolve from that and I didn't want to, so like I noticed when I was like, I wanna have a hundred K cash month, but I also wanna have 80 K cash recurring and I don't have 80 K cash recurring. And I really had to like be okay with the fact of, one of the things I used to say is like, I don't wanna have a [00:07:00] hundred K cash month and then the next month have a 50 K month.
Then I remember my mentor at the time was like, why not? She was like, why don't you just wanna have that like you're already having 50 K months, but like you'll have 50 K more and then like you'll do it again and you'll do it faster. And now I'm like, oh my God, it makes so much sense to me. 'cause at the time it was like really this energy around sustainability and like, how do I reproduce it?
And like a little bit of an obsession of having to be able to like know where it was gonna come from the next month, or I didn't want it. I really had to like let that belief and that energy evolve. Okay. Number three, what did this season require of you internally that people on the outside probably didn't see Damn holy shit so much.
I feel like it is required so much adaptability within me and so much like fast movement of money. That's what I wanna say. Like even yesterday, literally yesterday. I like fired somebody that [00:08:00] worked for me. I hired a private chef. I hired a new cleaner. I had to like resolve an issue with a client.
I had like so many different things that I'm like, whoa, back in the day. This is something I would've actually thought about for more than five seconds, but the way that I'm making decisions is so fast. I'm like, oh yeah, let's book a photo shoot. Oh yeah, let's book this hotel. Oh yeah, let's buy these clothes for this retreat.
I'm going on next week. Oh yeah, let's book the retreat for next freaking April. Oh, yeah, let's send out this like. When I look back at the beginning of my business, I always was like, well, I'm doing the same things that everyone else is doing. Why am I not getting the same results? And I'm like, no, you were not like girl.
You are not doing the same things. Because now I look at myself and I'm like, the amount of decisions I have to make in a day is fucking wild. So just in one, if you call yourself indecisive, that's the first thing you need to change because it will require you to be the most decisive version of yourself, and therefore self trusting version of yourself.
I just, when I look at this month, I have let go of money [00:09:00] so fast. It's just been like, boom, investment, boom, do this, boom. And I've just like, let that really like, churn out of my account even though I manage it all. And there's been money going into savings, but I haven't, like, questioned things. I've just made decisions really, really fast and I feel like people don't see how many decisions I'm making every single day.
And they might think like, oh. She's just like taking her time with that. Like, no, she's literally not. Okay. Number four, were there moments you almost sabotaged or slowed down the expansion and how did you move through them? Heck yeah. Okay. My favorite kind of little form of sabotage is my relationship.
I think because it's the safest place for me to sabotage in my marriage. I do not like to sabotage the business, although there was one little place I saw it. This month too. So the first thing is like, I feel like I tend to go into the relationship because if there's no problem in the business, then there's no dopamine really for me, because, okay, here's the other thing.
The energy of [00:10:00] destruction and the energy of creation, or the same energy, and you get just. Get to choose which one you put 'em in. And when you're in a quantum leap, there is more of that energy. So if you are in a quantum leap and you do not know how to ride that wave of momentum, you will self-destruct because you will have so much energy, it will require so much dopamine and you will either need to mass create or mass destroy.
Please just like listen to what I just said 48,000 times because it is the truth. Okay. So for me, if I'm gonna sabotage it, like tends to go over into the relationship. So I had a good like six, maybe five day period where I just was watching the amount of money coming into my account was like $20,000 a day.
$20,000 a day, like cash day, $10,000 a day, like $5,000 a day. Like, oh, it was only a $3,000 day. Like literally just like all this money's flowing to me. All these people are saying yes, all these people are reaching out. At the same time, I was like, this feels boring. Let's sabotage my marriage. So I definitely [00:11:00] had a little sabotage marriage moment, and then we were able to work through it and everything was fine.
But, uh, I was able to catch that. And then the other thing too is like a lot of times when you have a huge cash inflow, what you do is subconsciously your mind kind of is like, you need to enjoy this. Like take a step back and really receive it and like let it sink in. And I think one of my favorite codes of like actual reception is celebration.
And one of the best ways to celebrate what you have just received. Is to like give it back, like give the codes back, right? Literally give back, which I donated right away, but also then celebrate and give back these codes. And so that's where I created the tipping point, which then allows the momentum to keep going rather than you kind of telling yourself the story that you need to ground down what you just experienced.
I just am like, what if that wasn't the end? How do I keep the momentum going? One of those codes for me is always like, how do I celebrate this and monetize this and put this into [00:12:00] something that allows like more people to receive the wave that I'm in right now. Number five. What surprised me the most about hitting a new income ceiling?
It feels totally normal, which I know, 'cause I've done this before and I've been like, oh yes, of course. But honestly, I think the thing that surprises me the most is I knew like. It's not even surprising. It's validating. the most validating thing that I'm sitting in is I knew all of this April 11th, like almost halfway through the month, and I had zero proof, but I knew it in my being because I had created the momentum wave.
Like I knew the math was going to math because the math was there. Which again, if you don't know this about me, I see everything as a field in sacred geometry, and that is how I help my clients scale their businesses in a multidimensional way. And I had just done it. Like I had been living proof of it and I just knew I could feel it in the field.
I knew it in my senses and I was right and I just keep laughing 'cause I'm like, of course I was. Right. So I guess like it surprised me that I'm right, but also doesn't surprise me at all. If [00:13:00] anything invalidated me more. Number six. What do you think women misunderstand about scaling wealth? What have you learned firsthand?
wealth is the wisdom of money. being rich is the knowledge of money. And there are two different things scaling. Wealth is an energetic and it's a feeling, let's just say this, if you make money through the energy of logic, ego, knowledge, hustle.
Only masculine energy. It's not that we don't have any of that, but if that's all you do, you create a really like hard shell. I can always see this in women. It's like they feel hard, they feel dense. And wealth is the feminine, energetic to money. It's the wisdom of money. It's the release of money, it's the flow of money.
And so a lot of people think that like just because you make more money, you're gonna feel differently. But it's not about the number that you're making, it's the energetic in which you're making it. the first time I had a 60 K cash month. [00:14:00] I had a corporate client that was great, but I felt so much pressure in that experience that I was like, this actually didn't feel very good.
The second time I had a 60 K cash month, which is like two months later. That felt totally different. It felt so much more fun because it came from this energy of not like I have to prove something or like pressure, but this energy of like, whoa, that was so fun and expansive. And one is more like I made money, AKA, I'm rich, and the other was, I am scaling wealth.
Like I'm really scaling a feeling when I'm scaling wealth. And that feeling for me is always like connected to fun. Does it feel fun? Does it feel expansive? Is it like energetically opening and positive? That's how you scale wealth. All right, number seven. What practical decisions contributed to this month?
One of my favorites that I'll just share fast is the compound effect. So I'm talking about this inside the tipping point, but the compound effect is like what I do on social media where I post a [00:15:00] post that's a viral post, and then I post a post that is a five D like heart led post of me speaking, and then I post a post that's like a knowledge ego authority type post.
More in the 3D and I do that and I just compound those like every single day. And it creates this crazy effect in the field where I go viral. But I also have people follow me and then I also have people buy from me. Like most people can only do like one or the other, and. And so then I was like, what if I do that in my offers during this week of my retreat?
So during the week of my retreat in Sedona, I had a free thing that I was doing in Telegram. At the same time I was selling my retreat for October upfront, which is almost sold out. I'm at the retreat, and then I'm selling at the retreat for my mastermind all at the same time.
And then also people signed up for one-on-one without me even selling that. And it was like this crazy vortex field that I created on purpose, but it's because I was doing them all at the same time. Most people will do that, but they'll spread them out over a month. And I [00:16:00] was like, let's do the compound effect and do it in three days and then therefore that created the collapse of time with money.
And that's when I experienced the 40 K cash day. How has my relationship with power visibility and being deeply seen, evolved through this level up? Yo, this is a whole podcast in itself. I would just say it's really been more about all of those things. My power of visibility and being deeply seen were all connected to me and my internal knowing of my mastery and my coaching, and I have experienced that more than ever this month.
Of just like I love coaching and I am an expert coach and this is all I have ever done my whole life since I was 18 years old and was a camp counselor and 19 years old and dropped out of college to go lead teams all around the world into foreign countries like this is all I've ever done was create containers of transformation where I both coached but [00:17:00] also.
Partnered with the energetic of the container to create a lasting transformation for my clients and people. And I don't know anyone that does it the way that I do, and I'm obsessed with that. And there's never been a more groundedness inside of me to know that this is my thing. Like this is my thing.
And that groundedness, that knowingness is exactly what creates the visibility and the power and the being seen because I deeply see myself and I deeply. Validate that within me. Okay. Number nine, what is this month teaching me about legacy wealth? Not just making money, but holding and multiplying it.
Like legacy. Wealth is so freaking fun. You guys. I'm literally sitting here like, what if I buy two houses this month? Like, I'm literally sitting here being like, what savings account should I put this in? And it just feels so huge This isn't just like, because of this business, I've been a personal brand since I was 19.
I've had a blog online sharing and pouring into people since I was 19 years old. Like, that's actually crazy. I'm 37 this month. And so [00:18:00] it just feels like such a long time coming. Like I literally have felt for so many years, like, why is it taking forever for me? But other people, it takes like five seconds and for me it I feel like I deserve it.
I just feel like I'm so good with my money. I trust myself so much. I love what I do, and I'm so good at what I do, and I'm such a generous person, and I like, I just feel so grounded in like my reality and in my work. So like, I don't know, it's almost like, what does it teach me about legacy wealth? It's just like no one understands that more than me and like, fuck yeah.
It just feels so freaking good. Yeah. Number 10. If you could transmit one wealth code from this biggest month to you, the woman listening, who wants your own breakthrough, what would it be? Oh, no pressure.
The biggest code is that you are a multidimensional being, but ultimately, first and foremost, when you treat yourself [00:19:00] like an artist and your business like the canvas. Everything will change for you when you stop listening to people who are like business machine operators as your business coach, but you listen to artists first, creatives first.
I just told this story on my Instagram stories, but my landlord, who's also my neighbor is 94 years old. Her name's Barbara. She's the most inspiring woman in my life. I have no clue how much money she has guys, but like, let's just say she buys multimillion dollar properties in cash and just like doesn't even blink.
So if that gives you any insight, and I ask her all the time like, what is the code to life? Like, how are we still alive? Like what's, what is going on? And she always tells me that her secret has been, she never doesn't have a project. She never does the same thing twice. And she always is creating and. For me, I feel like that is the code for you.
That is the code for me as an artist, as a creative, as a [00:20:00] multidimensional woman who is running a business, not a business owner who is multidimensional, a woman who is running a business, a creative who is running a business, an artist who is running a business. When I try to run the business over being a creative, it never works.
But when I prioritize the creative and then I happen to run a business, it always works. So that's the code I'll leave you with. Okay. I love you. Thank you for listening. Bye.
